By accessing, browsing, reading, or otherwise interacting with ReaderAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and its contents.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, user interface designs, typography layouts, algorithmic pagination logic, and reader application source code powering ReaderAgent are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Published books, illustrations, and manuscripts remain the property of their respective authors and creators.

4. Content & Authorship Transparency

In adherence to transparent publishing principles:

Creative Collaboration: Works in the ReaderAgent library may combine human authorship, editorial guidance, and creative computational tools.
Fictional Nature: Characters, settings, dialogue, and events in novel and storybook formats are works of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental.
Educational Volumes: Treatises and monographs are prepared for educational inquiry and structured reading.

5. Permitted Reader License & Restrictions

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to read and view published books solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Activities:

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or crawling of book assets or illustrations without authorization.
Republishing, redistributing, syndicating, or selling any text or illustration in any medium.
Attempting to circumvent, decompile, or tamper with ReaderAgent's reading interface.

6. Digital Service Availability

ReaderAgent delivers book packages directly through cloud-hosted distribution networks. While we strive for continuous availability, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted service.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

The materials on ReaderAgent are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Privacy & Local Storage

ReaderAgent is built upon a privacy-first foundation:

We do not display third-party advertisements or track behavioral reading habits.
Your reading progress, current page, and visual theme preferences are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never shared.
